UltraGlo Safety Paint

Nov 12, 2015

UltraGlo – Photoluminescent safety paint glows in the dark after exposure to light. It works using photoluminescence which absorbs photons which are then released as visible light in low light conditions or when the lights fail.

The coating can be applied by spray, brush or roller over any surface including concrete, brick, metal or timber. Optimal results are achieved on a white or light coloured background. UltraGlo is available as a water based architectural coating for interior walls or as a hard wearing two pack epoxy.

It will glow in the dark for at least 8 hours and is ideal for marking traffic ways including:

  • Doors
  • Exits
  • Stairs
  • Escape routes
  • Passageways
  • Pylons and walking hazards
  • Perimeter markings
  • Schools
  • Hospitals
  • Nursing homes
  • Retirement villages
  • Factories
  • Interior walls
  • Theatrical effects
